I used Coinbase initially back in 2018 and tyhen never returned until Jan 2nd 2021, I have been trying to get ID verified ever since =to allow me to access my bitcoin/Ethereum with no join and customer service is a joke with generic statement about demand and then closing case with out resolving the lack of my ID verification

When next I tried to log in account is 'temporary blocked'. Tickets submitted, email sent, password reset multiple times, engaged via chat. Result: now it passed 6 weeks. I had £350 in and I wanted to sell, Coinbase buggy system wanted to give me £6 for it. Because I couldn't trade and they havnt replied to tickets I have lost over £150 because of them, and its still going down. Coinbase also allows to you buy things which you cannot sell and you have to use Binance to get your money. Just use Binance instead.

Avoid Coinbase if you care about your money Verification process went relatively smoothly - was able to deposit money and buy crypto in around 1-2 weeks after first signing up. After a few months, tried to withdraw some fiat to my UK bank account, and suddenly my Coinbase account is "under review".
